How do I view photos from the Greensborough College Valedictory?

Head to the Client Galleries section on this website and click on the link “GC Valedictory” then select the “GC Valedictory Gallery”. You will be prompted for a password. The password was provided in the Valedictory Dinner Programme. If you do not have a copy of this programme, please contact Michelle directly. Once the password has been entered, the images will load as thumbnails. Click on any of the thumbnails to view the larger image.

Why do the images have a watermark on them?

The images are protected under copyright, meaning they cannot be reproduced in any way without the consent of the photographer unless they are purchased. The watermark on all the images is to protect illegal use of these images. Please be assured that purchased images will not contain this watermark.

The photos don’t seem to be loading properly. What should I do?

Please be patient. There are over 400 images in the gallery so depending on the speed of your internet connection, the images may take a while to fully load.

I pre-paid for images on the night. How do I place my order?

All Pre-Paid customers must complete the Pre-Paid order form located within the GC Valedictory menu. Complete your details, list your image numbers and enter the personalised 3-digit code that you were given on the night at the time of purchase. You images will be emailed to your listed email address once your order has been received.

How do I order photos if I didn’t pre-pay on the night?

Click on an image you want to order from the gallery and then click on the shopping cart icon at the bottom left of your screen. Pricing information will appear on the right-hand side of your screen allowing you to add images to your cart. Once you submit your order, you will be taken to PayPal to complete your transaction. 

How do I get the photos once I’ve ordered?

Once your order has been completed through PayPal, you will receive each image via email. Your order will be sent to the email address that is registered to your PayPal account.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are usually filled within 24 hours.

I’ve paid for my photos but I haven’t received them yet. What should I do?

If it’s been more than 24 hours since your order was placed, please make sure you check your junk mail folders. More often than not, it you have a Hotmail address, your files will be directed in to your junk mail. If not, please call Michelle on 0417 775 015 and have your PayPal receipt close by so I can check the status of your order.
